The FPQ series composite pin insulators have good hydrophobicity, aging resistance, resistance to leakage current tracking, and resistance to electrical erosion, along with being lightweight and easy to install. They also possess high bending strength, impact resistance, shock resistance, and anti-brittle fracture performance, making them highly effective in power station facilities. The installation dimensions at the top and bottom of the insulator correspond to the dimensions of the respective porcelain pillars and can be used interchangeably.
The FPQ series composite pin insulators produced and sold by our company use fittings made of special steel. The ends of the fittings adopt a labyrinth design principle, providing multi-layer protection and good sealing performance, which solves the most critical issue of "interface electrical breakdown" for insulators.
