The installation dimensions at the top and bottom of the insulator correspond to the respective porcelain pillar sizes and can be used interchangeably. The core rod uses ERC high-temperature acid-resistant rods, and the interface between the core rod and silicone rubber is coated with a special coupling agent. The umbrella sleeve is made using a one-time overall molding process under high temperature and high pressure, combined with a computer-monitored two-stage vulcanization process, which extends the product's service life.
